As of 8 Feb 2026, we are no longer a warranty repair center for TTI products!
This includes: Ridgid, Ryobi, Homelite, Hart, BlackMax and some Craftsman branded items.
We will continue to provide non-warranty repairs and parts for these units, but can no longer provide warranty service.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, but the decision was made by TTI to move all warranty
repairs to a factory repair center. We will continue to provide the best service possible for all other brands we support.
